After illustrating Mediterranean Diet History, how a dish is created and where pasta was born, the Chef is teaching you how to prepare Italian and Neapolitan dishes. The Chef shares with you all her secrets which are handed down from one generation to another. Only fresh, natural and organic ingredients are used to prepare the dishes
